One of my favorite ways to end a romantic dinner, is with a delectable chocolate martini. They are icy cold, so chocolatey, and they have a nice kick. I especially love to shake up a couple of these cocktails for Valentine’s Day. They are so seductive!

And to make them extra special… you rim the edge of a martini glass with some honey, and dip into my Stranded Foodie “Real Chocolate Sprinkles.” They are made with premium Guittard dark chocolate, so you know they taste amazing. And they are the ideal finishing touch to make this chocolate martini so incredibly appealing. With this cocktail, I think it will be the way to my Valentine’s heart. Stranded Foodie Valentine’s Day Chocolate Bailey’s Martini Recipe

Makes 1 cocktail


  • 2 ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 ounce best quality vodka
  • 1/2 ounce chocolate liqueur (I used Godiva)
  • Stranded Foodie “Real Chocolate Sprinkles” and honey to rim glass

Directions: Prepare a martini glass by lightly brushing the rim with a little bit of honey (I use a small pastry brush). Dip rim of glass into Stranded Foodie “Real Chocolate Sprinkles” to coatthe edge and chill prepared martini glass in refrigerator. Mix Bailey’s, vodka and chocolate liqueur in a martini shaker with several ice cubes. Shake until icy cold and strain into the chilled prepared martini glass. So romantic and delectable!
