I have been to Maui so many times; but I’ve never made it over to Mama’s Fish House until my most recent trip. Now I know what I have been missing all these years. The setting is located right on a beach with a spectacular view. As you walk down the stone path and through beautiful large palm trees, you just know you are in for a special evening.

Not to mention mussels prepared several ways with pommes frites. Is your mouth watering yet? Continue reading Longing for France? Pastis Restaurant is a Real Gem ~ a Stranded Foodie Dining Choice

The ambiance will make you feel as though you are dining in Greece with all the Greek pottery that adorns the main dining room. I loved sitting at the bar enjoying one of their specialty cocktails and watching all the fantastic meals coming out from the kitchen.
The delicious seasoned house olive oil they serve with warm bread is addictive. Nothing like I have ever tasted before. It’s nice to know that you can buy a bottle to go. Trust me, you will want a bottle.
For starters, they have all those wonderful Mediterranean spreads such as their spicy feta spread, eggplant spread, and tzatziki which is that yummy Continue reading Missing Taverna Agora Greek Restaurant in Raleigh, NC ~ from the Stranded Foodie
