Chocolate Covered Matzos with Toasted Almonds and Kosher Salt ~ from Stranded Foodie

This is a quick dessert that can be enjoyed for Passover or anytime of the year. I love the combination of crunchy matzos, creamy chocolate, toasted almonds, and a touch of kosher salt that takes care of my sweet and salty craving.
