Making my turkey stock a couple of days ahead of Thanksgiving has saved me tons of time. But most importantly, this rich stock makes the best, most amazing tasting gravy ever. Why? I love the bold flavors of Thai food with the combination of peanut butter, chili paste, lemon grass, ginger, and fish sauce. Did she say fish sauce?
